Arroyo Grande was the grand prize winner of one of eight criteria awards announced on Thursday, October 1st during the eighth annual in Bloom (AIB) Symposium and Awards Program at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania.    Arroyo Grande also won four blooms (out of five possible) for the category of Heritage in their competition with other cities in the 10,001 to 20,000 population range.
